Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework.

Create a warm and inclusive classroom where children feel safe, confident, and curious.

Observe, assess, and support each child’s development, identifying next steps and tailoring learning accordingly.

Build strong relationships with children, staff, and parents to support every child’s learning journey.

Maintain accurate developmental records and ensure compliance with all statutory requirements.

Take part in ongoing professional development, staff meetings, and training to continually enhance teaching practice.
Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent early years teaching qualification.

Proven experience in teaching children aged 3–5 within an EYFS setting.

Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and a child-led approach to learning.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A creative and forward-thinking approach to classroom practice.

A genuine passion for early years education and a desire to make a positive impact.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
