You’ll be based in a vibrant reception class where curiosity is celebrated and muddy knees are just part of the fun. Whether you’re running a phonics group or supporting one-to-one, your input will help shape little learners at a crucial stage.

What you’ll be doing:

Supporting children in the EYFS, both 1:1 and in small groups

Working closely with the class teacher and EYFS lead

Using play-based learning to spark imaginations

Helping children with routines, emotional regulation, and communication

Getting stuck in with everything from story time to sand tray adventures
What we’re looking for:

A relevant Level 3 qualification (e.g., CACHE, NVQ)

Recent EYFS or nursery experience
-
A kind, calm approach, and lots of patience

Confidence supporting speech, language, and early development

A proactive mindset, ou're the one who spots what needs doing and just cracks on
