What you’ll be doing:

Supporting children in Nursery and Reception with their early communication, play, and learning.

Leading small groups and 1:1 interventions to develop phonics, speech & language, and early maths skills.

Helping pupils regulate emotions and settle into daily routines.

Creating exciting, play-based activities that spark curiosity and imagination.

Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO to adapt learning for children with additional needs.
About you:

Level 3 qualification in Early Years or equivalent.

Experience working with young children in a school or nursery setting.
-
A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach to learning.

Confidence supporting children with SEND, SEMH, or EAL is an advantage.

DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one).
