Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant with a passion for supporting children with special educational needs?
We’re looking for experienced SEND speciliasts to join a fantastic SEND school in Lambeth, starting as soon as possible.
The role:

Supporting pupils with a range of additional needs in small, structured classes

Building strong, positive relationships as a calm and consistent role model

Working closely with teachers and therapists to create safe, engaging learning environments

Bringing patience, empathy, and a proactive approach to every day
What we’re looking for:

Teaching assistants or care experienced professionals with experience in SEND (autism, SEMH, PMLD or similar)

Confidence in managing behaviour positively and supporting children 1:1 or in groups
-
A team player who’s ready to step in, show initiative, and make a real difference from day one

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
