About the Role
Sheffield Park Academy is seeking reliable and flexible Exam Invigilators to join our team. This vital role ensures the smooth running of exams and upholds the integrity of the process, supporting students in achieving their best.
You’ll work with the Data & Exams Manager and a supportive team of invigilators during key exam periods in November/December, January, March, and May/June.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise students during examinations to ensure regulations are followed.
- Admit candidates into the exam room and direct them to allocated seats.
- Distribute and collect exam papers and materials.
- Provide additional materials (e.g., paper, equipment) in line with regulations.
- Maintain a calm, supportive, and orderly exam environment.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
