English Teacher – South Tyneside

What the role involves:

  • Delivering English lessons to KS3 and KS4 students

  • Creating engaging and inclusive learning experiences

  • Supporting pupils’ literacy progress across a range of abilities

  • Contributing to a collaborative and forward-thinking department


What we’re looking for:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or equivalent)

  • Strong subject knowledge and classroom management

  • A positive attitude and passion for English education

  • A current DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
