Are you an experience English teacher looking for a September 2025 start in a school that has been graded as ‘Outstanding’ by Ofsted?
Are you looking for a stop gap role teaching English in an outstanding school?
Due to staff leave for a maternity, this smaller than average mixed comprehensive school based in Haringey , is looking for a keen and enthusiastic teacher to teach for 2 terms from September 2025. The school was recently awarded a high performance specialist status and strives to deliver outstanding lessons to all its students.
Your role will be to teach English up to KS4 to a mixed range of ability students. You will be required to have a number of different lesson plans in place to ensure all students get an outstanding lesson experience ranging from the less able to the gifted and talented. You will be joining a popular and successful English department. The HOD is supportive and ensures all staff gets the continual training and development that they need. The staff is friendly, enjoy to socialise at the same time they are professional and would provide good practice, being part of a team is the most important to this faculty.
The school is looking for a teacher who is well experienced and has the ability to hit the ground running. You will be given a smooth handover and be given all the tools required for you to ensure you are making the most of your lessons. Your role will commence for a term and could b e longer depending on staffing.
