Protocol Education is currently recruiting for a dedicated and passionate English Teacher to join a vibrant secondary school in Middlesbrough. This is an excellent opportunity for a teacher with a strong subject knowledge and a commitment to helping students achieve their best in English Language and Literature.
The Role:
- Deliver engaging and differentiated English lessons across KS3 and KS4
- Plan, prepare, and assess work in line with the national curriculum
- Support students with varying abilities, including those with additional learning needs
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Work collaboratively with the English department and wider school staff
The Ideal Candidate:
- Holds QTS or is working towards Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Has experience teaching English at secondary level
- Is confident in managing classroom behaviour and motivating students
- Has excellent communication and organisational skills
- Is passionate about inspiring young people to enjoy and achieve in English
