We’re working with a network of SEND schools in and around Shrewsbury to place committed, caring graduates in meaningful support roles. Whether you’ve got classroom experience or not, we’ll help match you to a role that suits your strengths and goals.
What you’ll be doing
No two days are the same, but you’ll be:

Building positive, trusting relationships with students

Supporting learning both in and out of the classroom

Adapting approaches to meet each pupil’s individual needs
-
Encouraging independence and resilience, every step of the way

Supporting with EHCP goals and helping students with their social and emotional development

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
