Tiny learners, big impact. That’s where you come in.

We’re on the lookout for kind, patient, and energetic Teaching Assistants to support Reception and Nursery pupils across our partner primary schools in Lewisham.

If you know your play-dough from your phonics and believe in the magic of early learning, we’ve got roles where you’ll feel right at home.

What your day might look like:

  • Supporting young children as they take their first steps into school life

  • Helping with phonics, routines, snack time, and settling nerves (theirs… and sometimes yours!)

  • Working 1:1 or in small groups with pupils who need extra support

  • Teaming up with experienced Early Years teachers to bring out the best in every child

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience working with EYFS children in a school or nursery setting

  • A nurturing, patient, and playful approach

  • Confidence with communication, routines, and classroom expectations

  • Bonus points if you’re familiar with the EYFS framework

What you’ll get from us:

  • Weekly pay through PAYE – no umbrella companies, no faff

  • FREE access to Protocol Education’s online CPD Academy (including EYFS and SEND training)

  • Personalised support from a dedicated consultant who really gets early years

  • Opportunities to work in Lewisham’s lovely and diverse school communities

Thrive Trained? Even better. If not, we’ll support you to complete it—free of charge. Schools love it, and so do we.

Apply today and let’s help those little learners start big.

Go on, your next role could be full of sandpits, storytime, and smiley faces. What’s not to love?
