Join the Adventure as an Early Years Teaching Assistant!

Where every day starts with a smile and ends with sticky fingers and happy hearts!

Are you full of energy, kindness, and a love for helping little ones learn and grow? Then you might just be the Early Years Teaching Assistant (EYFS TA) we’re looking for!

This is your chance to step into a world of imagination, curiosity, and first-time discoveries — all while making a real difference.

What You’ll Be Doing (Besides Singing ‘Baby Shark’ on Repeat):

As an Early Years TA, you’ll:

  • Support the tiniest learners as they take their very first steps in education
  • Join in messy play, storytelling, outdoor adventures, and LOTS of singing
  • Help children with their early phonics, counting, and personal skills — sometimes in between snack time and a bit of glitter chaos! ✨
  • Provide calm, caring support to help children feel safe, happy, and confident
  • Work closely with teachers, parents, and other superheroes (aka staff) to support every child’s development

The Best Part? It’s Incredibly Rewarding!

You’ll witness magical firsts — like a child writing their name, sharing with a friend, or conquering the climbing frame for the first time. You’ll be a steady hand to hold, a smile to look up to, and the reason a child feels excited to come to school.

What’s in It for You?

  • Flexible, fun supply work that fits around you
  • Pay matched to your experience – because we know how valuable you are
  • Supportive schools where you’ll feel like part of the team
  • Every day full of little wins, big hugs, and lots of laughter

Ready to Be a Big Part of Little Lives?

If you’re patient, playful, and passionate about early years learning, we want to hear from you!
