We are currently seeking a dedicated and qualified Early Years Supply Teacher to join one of our HARLINGTON schools. As a Supply Teacher, you will have the opportunity to support and inspire students within a
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Previous experience working as an Early years teacher
- Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and relevant subject areas
- Excellent classroom management and organizational skills
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in different classrooms and year groups
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to integrate faith-based teachings into lesson plans
Responsibilities:
- Delivering high-quality lessons aligned with the national curriculum
- Supporting students in their spiritual and moral development
- Creating a positive and nurturing classroom environment
- Managing behavior and promoting discipline in accordance with
- Assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback
- Collaborating with other staff members and parents/guardians to support student growth
- Participating in school activities and events, including assemblies
- Adhering to school policies and procedures, including those related to safeguarding
