About the Role:
Protocol Education is seeking a wonderful, passionate, and dedicated Early Years/Nursery Practitioner with experience in Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). We’re committed to providing a nurturing and stimulating environment where young learners can grow, explore, and develop a love for learning.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support children in Early Years/Nursery settings, including those with SEND
- Work closely with teachers and support staff to deliver tailored learning experiences
- Foster a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment
- Provide 1:1 or small group support as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Early Years/Nursery settings is essential
- Proven experience or confidence working with children with SEND
- A calm, patient, and flexible approach to learning support
- Relevant childcare or education qualifications preferred (e.g., CACHE Level 2/3, NVQ, etc.)
