The Role
We’re currently looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and committed Early Years/Nursery Practitioner with a background in Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a child-centered environment and is dedicated to helping young learners grow and succeed.
You’ll be joining a warm and welcoming school in Bromley, where the well-being and development of children are at the heart of everything they do.
What You’ll Do

Provide support to children in Early Years/Nursery settings, including those with SEND

Collaborate with teaching staff to create personalized, engaging learning experiences

Maintain a safe, inclusive, and caring learning space for all children

Deliver one-on-one and small group interventions as needed
What We’re Looking For
-
Prior experience working in Early Years or Nursery settings is required

Confidence and/or experience supporting children with SEND
-
A calm, adaptable, and nurturing approach to supporting learning

Preferred qualifications include CACHE Level 2/3, NVQ, or equivalent childcare certifications
