Are you a passionate, playful, and experienced Early Years Practitioner who loves working with toddlers? We’re looking for a dedicated practitioner to join a nurturing, community-focused nursery in the heart of Easton, supporting curious little explorers in their toddler years.
Set in a beautiful timber-framed building with a cosy, homely feel and free-flow access to a garden, the nursery offers a warm, engaging, and nature-rich environment where toddlers can thrive.
About the Role:
You’ll be working full-time (40 hours/week) in the toddler room, helping children develop confidence, independence, and early learning skills through play, routine, and exploration.
What You’ll Need:

A relevant Early Years qualification (e.g. NNEB, NVQ Level 3+, BTEC in Childcare)

Or a higher qualification such as QTS, Foundation Degree, or BA Hons in Early Years Education or Child Development

A strong understanding of toddler development – and how to support their big emotions and fast-growing curiosity

A warm, patient, and playful approach – with a genuine love for working with this age group!
