Early Years Teaching Assistant
(Qualified Nursery Nurse within Primary School)
About the School/Role:
I am recruiting for 2 seperate schools, both based in Hucknall. who are seeking a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Qualified Nursery Nurse to join thier Early Years Department and play a crucial role in shaping the future of our young learners.

The successful educator will ideally have previous experience of working as a Nursery Assistant, hold a Level 3 Childcare Qualification, have good maths and literacy skills and be adaptable to change.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional care and support to children aged 3+ within the Early Years Department.
- Collaborate with teachers to plan and implement age-appropriate activities, lessons, and learning experiences.
- Create a safe, stimulating, and engaging environment that fosters children's physical, emotional, and social development.
- Ensure the well-being of all children by monitoring and addressing their individual needs.
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development.
- Foster positive relationships with parents and caregivers, offering regular communication and support.
- Participate in team meetings, training, and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Level 3 Qualification in Early Years Education and Childcare (e.g., CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Early Years Education).
- A genuine passion for working with young children and a commitment to their development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of child development and early years educational best practices.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- A clear understanding of child safeguarding and safety procedures.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
