We are looking for enthusiastic Early Years Leader who are ready to make a positive difference in the lives of young learners. 

What You Will Do:

  • Lead a team of teachrs and support staff.
  • Lead play-based lessons in accordance with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
  • Support the social, emotional, and cognitive development of young children.
  • Create a positive and nurturing learning environment.
  • Assess and track student progress, providing personalised support.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and carers.

Who You Are:

  • You have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Passionate about early childhood education.
  • Experience managing a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Adaptable and eager to grow in your teaching career.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
