Are you a student or graduate passionate about early childhood development? We’re looking for nurturing and enthusiastic individuals to support nurseries and preschools across Cambridge as Early Years Educators.
Whether you’re planning a future in teaching, psychology, or care, this is the perfect opportunity to gain real-world experience and make a difference in the lives of young children aged 0–5.
The Role:

Support babies, toddlers or preschool-aged children with daily routines and learning activities

Help deliver fun, play-based learning in line with the EYFS framework

Assist with snack times, outdoor play, and sensory or creative activities

Foster a warm, safe and inclusive environment where children can thrive
We’re Looking For:

Final-year students or recent graduates (Early Years Qualification Preffered)

A patient, caring and proactive approach

Experience with young children is a bonus (e.g. babysitting, summer camp, nursery, volunteering)

A strong interest in early childhood development

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
