Are you a student or graduate passionate about early childhood development? We’re looking for nurturing and enthusiastic individuals to support nurseries and preschools across Cambridge as Early Years Educators.

Whether you’re planning a future in teaching, psychology, or care, this is the perfect opportunity to gain real-world experience and make a difference in the lives of young children aged 0–5.

The Role:

  • Support babies, toddlers or preschool-aged children with daily routines and learning activities

  • Help deliver fun, play-based learning in line with the EYFS framework

  • Assist with snack times, outdoor play, and sensory or creative activities

  • Foster a warm, safe and inclusive environment where children can thrive

We’re Looking For:

  • Final-year students or recent graduates (Early Years Qualification Preffered)

  • A patient, caring and proactive approach

  • Experience with young children is a bonus (e.g. babysitting, summer camp, nursery, volunteering)

  • A strong interest in early childhood development
