Protocol Education is assisting a nursery setting in London to recruit a passionate and qualified Early Childhood Educator. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing early years provision dedicated to providing the highest standards of care, learning, and development for young children.
The successful candidate will be Level 3 qualified (or working towards it) and will play a key role in creating an enabling, safe, and nurturing environment. You will lead by example in room practice and take learning beyond the classroom through outdoor, creative, and holistic experiences such as forest learning, gardening, and cooking.
What You’ll Need:

Level 3 Diploma in Early Years Education and Care (or willingness to work towards it)

Right to work in the UK

Strong safeguarding awareness and commitment to child welfare

Experience supporting learning through observations, planning, and assessment

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and use initiative effectively
