About the Role:

Take responsibility for a group of key children, carrying out observations, assessments, and building strong parent relationships

Deliver high-quality interactions that promote children’s learning and development

Implement the setting’s curriculum and create an enabling, inclusive environment where all children make excellent progress

Ensure children’s safety and wellbeing in line with safeguarding policies and procedures
-
Keep accurate child records and contribute to effective communication with families and colleagues
-
Support enrichment activities including outdoor learning, cooking, and gardening

Contract: Permanent, full-time (flexible working, part-time, or term-time considered)

Salary: Real Living Wage employer (£13.15 per hour minimum in London) plus 11% pension contributions
What We’re Looking For:

Level 3 Diploma in Early Years Education and Care (or willingness to work towards it)

Right to work in the UK

Awareness of safeguarding and welfare responsibilities, with the ability to take action when needed

A team player with initiative, energy, and enthusiasm for working with young children

Reflective practice and commitment to continuous professional development
