About the Role:
As a Nursery Teaching Assistant, you’ll support the lead practitioners in delivering a fun, engaging, and developmentally appropriate EYFS curriculum. You’ll work directly with children aged 0-5, helping with play-based learning, personal care, and social development.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and delivering EYFS activities under the guidance of the nursery lead

Support children’s social, emotional, and physical development through play and interaction

Help create a safe, stimulating, and welcoming environment for children and families

Observe and report on children’s progress and wellbeing

Work collaboratively with the nursery team and parents
✅ About You:

Qualified EYFS Teacher or equivalent early years qualification

Passionate about early childhood development and learning through play

Patient, nurturing, and adaptable with strong communication skills

Enjoys working as part of a close-knit, supportive team
