What You’ll Be Responsible For

Delivering engaging and well-planned lessons that meet the diverse needs of your pupils.

Monitoring pupil progress closely and adapting your teaching approaches to support their individual learning journeys.

Establishing a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that fosters curiosity, respect, and growth.

Working closely with fellow teachers, teaching assistants, and parents to support the overall development of your pupils.

Consistently applying school behaviour policies, safeguarding procedures, and maintaining a safe learning environment.

Reflecting regularly on your teaching practice and actively engaging in professional development opportunities.
What We’re Looking For

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with Early Career Teacher status.

Previous experience as an ECT or within a primary classroom setting.

Sound knowledge of the Primary National Curriculum and how to implement it effectively.

Enthusiasm for delivering creative, inspiring lessons that engage primary-aged children.

Strong skills in classroom management and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils.

A commitment to professional growth, openness to feedback, and teamwork.

An Enhanced Child Workforce DBS registered on the Update Service, or willingness to apply through GSL Education.

Positive references from university placements or prior teaching experience.
