Exciting Opportunity for a Drama Teacher – Starting September 2025

Protocol Education is working with a forward-thinking secondary school to find a dedicated Drama Teacher to join their team in September 2025. This role is open to ECTs and experienced teachers alike.

This inclusive 11–16 school is full of energy, ambition, and heart. The Drama department plays a key role in school life, known for sparking creativity both in the classroom and on stage. From lively lessons to full-scale productions, students are encouraged to express themselves and explore their potential. About The Role:

As a Drama Teacher, you’ll:

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.
  • Support students in developing their confidence, teamwork, and performance skills.
  • Take an active role in the school’s wider performing arts and enrichment programme.
  • Be part of a supportive, collaborative department that values creativity and student voice.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
