Job Duties:
- Supporting the classroom teacher in implementing creative and engaging lesson plans
- Assisting with the supervision and educational development of students
- Providing one-on-one support to students who require additional help
- Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Preparing materials and resources for lessons
- Assisting with classroom management and behaviour of students
Required Qualifications:
- GCSEs or equivalent in English and Maths
- Relevant teaching assistant qualification or experience
Education:
Minimum of GCSEs in English and Maths
Experience:
Prior experience as a teaching assistant or in a similar role
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Good organisational skills
- Understanding of child development and learning processes
Preferred Qualifications:
- Higher-level teaching assistant qualification
- First aid certification
Working Conditions:
This role involves working within a classroom setting, assisting with students' educational and behavioural needs. The position is full-time and based in Bromley, Greater London.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
