Creative Learning Support Assistant – SEND & Arts
Location: Bristol
Pay: £13.75–£14.50 per hour
Start Date: September
Contract: Long-term or flexible bookings
You don’t need a teaching degree to inspire learning. If you’re someone who can turn a shoebox into a puppet theatre or a poem into a dance routine, we want to hear from you.
We’re partnering with inclusive schools looking for creative LSAs to support children with SEND. These are schools that value individuality, sensory learning, and out-of-the-box thinking.
What you’ll be doing:
-
Supporting learners with additional needs through creative outlets
-
Helping to differentiate learning using art, drama, music, and movement
-
Creating structured yet engaging routines that support progress
-
Working closely with class teachers, SENCos, and therapists
This could suit you if:
-
You’ve worked in schools, care, youth arts, or early years
-
You believe creativity isn’t a “nice to have” but a must
-
You’re patient, upbeat, and ready to make a real difference
