We are currently working with a highly regarded and sought after special needs school in Newham. They are a school who specialise in working with children and young adults diagnosed with Autistic spectrum condition and in many cases, additional learning needs. This ranges from offering care and support to service users with Severe learning difficulties and physical impairments, sensory impairments and speech and language difficulties. They also support high functioning young people who need support in their social development, regulating emotions and academic support.

 

The school work with Early Year’s to Post 16, so whether you are Primary, Secondary or College focused, there is the right role for you. The school offers a new and well-resourced building which is clean, spacious and bright. You will also get the chance to be part of a successful, supportive and friendly team who are passionate about the care and education of the young people with ASC.

 

We are looking for people who have some experience in working with ASC or the drive, passion and personality to inspire those with additional needs and willingness to learn and take on new skills, whist being pro-active and self-motivated.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
