Location: LS8, Leeds
Pay: £90 – £105 per day (dependent on experience & qualifications)
Contract: Temp-to-Perm

Are you a creative, energetic, and compassionate individual looking to make a real difference in children's lives? Do you love glitter, glue sticks, silly songs, and using imagination to transform learning? We're looking for a Creative Classroom Assistant to join a fantastic SEN school in Leeds (LS8), supporting children with Autism, ADHD, and complex learning needs.

Your Mission as a SEN Classroom Assistant:

  • Collaborate with the class teacher to make learning fun, creative, and inclusive.

  • Use your artistic, musical, or theatrical talents to bring the curriculum to life.

  • Build meaningful relationships with students to support their confidence and independence.

  • Keep the classroom organised and engaging (yes, even if that means hunting for missing glue lids!).

  • Work closely with teachers, therapists, and support staff to create a nurturing learning environment.

About You:

  • You're creative, patient, and love working with children.

  • Experience in a SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) setting is a bonus – but not essential.

  • You're confident in adapting activities to suit different learning styles.

  • You're eager to grow – training and support provided.
