We’re looking for dynamic and reliable Cover Supervisors to support secondary schools across Birmingham.

This is the perfect stepping stone into teaching no planning or marking involved. You’ll manage classrooms during teacher absences, delivering pre-set lessons and ensuring students stay on track. If you enjoy working with young people and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you!


What the Role Involves

  • Leading pre-prepared lessons across various subjects

  • Managing classroom behaviour and keeping students focused

  • Supporting students' learning and routines

  • Ensuring a calm, productive classroom environment


Who We’re Looking For

  • Strong communicators with a genuine interest in education

  • Graduates, aspiring teachers, school support staff, or individuals with youth/mentoring experience

  • Confident individuals who can lead a class and remain composed under pressure

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
