We’re on the lookout for confident, calm, and reliable Cover Supervisors to step into the classroom and keep things running smoothly when teachers are away.

Whether you're a graduate with your eye on a future in education, a seasoned HLTA ready for a change of pace, or someone who thrives on classroom buzz without the lesson planning stress—this could be your perfect next step.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading lessons for absent teachers using set work

  • Keeping the class focused and on track

  • Managing behaviour with confidence and care

  • Feeding back to teaching staff post-lesson

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous school-based experience (TA, youth work, tutoring or similar)

  • Confidence in managing groups of students aged 11–16

  • A positive attitude and calm classroom presence

  • Availability 3–5 days a week
