We’re working with a number of fantastic secondary schools across South Yorkshire and Derbyshire who are welcoming graduates ready to dip their toe into teaching life. As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll take the reins in the classroom—delivering pre-set lessons, keeping students engaged, and managing behaviour with calm confidence.
No planning. No marking. Just you, leading learning in a structured and supportive environment.
What you’ll be doing:

Supervising whole classes across a range of subjects

Delivering pre-prepared lessons (no planning required!)

Managing behaviour positively and professionally
-
Gaining invaluable classroom experience

You’ll be great if you:

The Details:
Monday–Friday or minimum 3 days/week
⏰ 8:15am–3:30pm
Term time only
Salary dependent on experience

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
