Cover Supervisor – Secondary | County Durham | £90–£120 per day
September 2025 start | Part-time or Full-time (min. 3 days per week)
We’re looking for confident, reliable Cover Supervisors to join our partner schools across County Durham this September.
If you can build positive relationships, keep a classroom calm, and communicate effectively with teenagers, this could be the perfect role for you.
Your role will include:

Managing secondary classes (ages 11–16) in the teacher’s absence

Delivering pre-prepared lessons and ensuring work is completed

Maintaining good classroom behaviour and engagement

Being a positive role model for students
What we’re after:

Experience with young people in a school, youth, or community setting
-
Strong classroom management and communication skills
-
Ability to stay calm, confident, and consistent
-
Flexibility to work at least 3 days per week
