Your Role:

Deliver pre-set lessons in the absence of the class teacher

Maintain a focused and orderly classroom environment

Engage students in learning and manage behaviour effectively

Provide feedback to staff about student progress and engagement
Ideal Candidate:

Confident working with secondary-aged students

Adaptable, reliable, and calm under pressure

Excellent communication skills

Experience working in education or with young people is advantageous – but not essential
