Cover Supervisor

We’re looking for a positive, motivated Cover Supervisor to step into classrooms and keep learning on track when teachers are absent. If you’re confident, adaptable, and enjoy working with young people, this could be a brilliant fit.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supervising whole classes during short-term teacher absence

  • Following set lesson plans with individuals, groups, or full classes

  • Keeping pupils engaged, focused, and on task

  • Maintaining a calm and positive learning environment

The details:

  • Pay: £100–£150 per day (depending on experience)

  • Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–3.30pm (term time only)

  • Location: Bath and NE Somerset
  • Start date: As soon as possible

  • Closing date: On going.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
