The Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

Supervise lessons during the short-term absence of teachers

Ensure a calm and productive learning environment

Follow lesson plans and support students in staying focused

Contribute to the smooth day-to-day running of the school
You’ll be working with students across a range of age groups and subject areas. This is a varied and rewarding role that requires confidence, excellent behaviour management skills, and the ability to form positive relationships.
