We’re looking for confident and reliable cover supervisors to join a friendly secondary school in Walkergate. You’ll be the steady hand that keeps lessons running smoothly when teachers are away – no marking marathons, no midnight planning, just you, a timetable, and a classroom ready to go.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supervising classes and keeping things on track

  • Delivering pre-prepared work set by teachers

  • Creating a positive and calm environment where students can get on with learning

  • Building great relationships with pupils and staff

What we’re looking for:

  • Someone who enjoys working with young people and can manage a busy classroom

  • A calm, confident communicator – experience in schools or youth settings is a big plus

  • Flexibility to work across different subjects

  • No formal teaching qualification needed, just a willingness to get stuck in
