‍ Cover Supervisor – Secondary Schools

Newcastle upon Tyne
£110 – £120 per day (PAYE, no umbrella deductions)

What you’ll be doing:

  • Delivering pre-prepared lessons in the teacher’s absence

  • Managing classroom behaviour and keeping learning on track

  • Supporting pupils across a range of subjects and year groups

  • Building confidence and presence in the classroom – every day’s different!

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous experience working with young people (school, youth work, coaching, tutoring all welcome)

  • Confident classroom management skills – or the willingness to learn with our support

  • Adaptability and a calm, positive approach

  • A genuine interest in supporting young people to succeed
