What you’ll be doing:

Delivering pre-prepared lessons in the teacher’s absence

Managing classroom behaviour and keeping learning on track

Supporting pupils across a range of subjects and year groups

Building confidence and presence in the classroom – every day’s different!
What we’re looking for:

Previous experience working with young people (school, youth work, coaching, tutoring all welcome)

Confident classroom management skills – or the willingness to learn with our support

Adaptability and a calm, positive approach

A genuine interest in supporting young people to succeed
