We’re seeking confident and reliable Cover Supervisors to support secondary schools across Brent. Whether you’ve already worked in education or come from a coaching or youth work background, this role is perfect if you’re great at holding a room, keeping students engaged and staying cool under pressure.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Delivering pre-set lessons across a range of subjects.
  • Managing behaviour and keeping students focused.
  • Supporting learners with classwork and routines.
  • Acting as a familiar face across local schools.

You’ll be great if you:

  • Have experience working with young people (schools, coaching, mentoring, youth work etc.)
  • Feel confident leading a class and managing behaviour.
  • Can adapt quickly to new environments and challenges.
  • Have a proactive, professional, and approachable manner.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
