We’re looking for a confident and reliable Cover Supervisor to join a supportive secondary school in Willenhall from September. This is a full-time, long-term role — five days a week — perfect for someone who loves variety and can keep lessons on track.
What you’ll be doing:

Supervising classes in the absence of the teacher

Delivering pre-set work and maintaining a positive learning environment

Managing classroom behaviour and supporting students as needed

Building strong relationships with pupils and staff
What we’re looking for:
✅ Experience working with secondary-aged students (school-based or youth settings)
✅ Strong behaviour management and confidence leading a class
✅ A calm, flexible approach and great communication skills
✅ Someone who enjoys working as part of a team
