Cover Supervisor roles would be ideal for graduates, sports coaches or teaching assistants with experience in working with whole classes and maintaining behaviour for learning.
Working with a specific classes and subject specialisms, the role requires candidates who are able to think quick on their feet and adapt to an ever changing classroom environment. This role offers the flexibility of work across subjects and key stages within the mainstream schools. If you are naturally influential in working with young people facing challenges, have good de-escalation and behaviour management and are patient with experience of working with special needs, particularly in working with behaviours that challenge then this role is ideal

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
