Classroom Support Assistant – Primary Schools | Southwark | Immediate Start

 

Protocol Education is seeking friendly, flexible, and proactive Classroom Support Assistants to work across a range of primary schools in Southwark, providing vital daily supply cover and classroom support.

This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience, support children’s learning and development, and work alongside dedicated teaching staff in a variety of school settings.

 

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons

  • Assisting individual pupils or small groups with learning activities

  • Helping to manage classroom behaviour and routines

  • Providing a nurturing and positive learning environment

 

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Experience working with children in any capacity (education, childcare, youth work, etc.)

  • A patient, enthusiastic, and supportive approach

  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to different school environments

  • A valid DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one through us

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
