Classroom Support Assistant – Primary Schools | Southwark | Immediate Start
Protocol Education is seeking friendly, flexible, and proactive Classroom Support Assistants to work across a range of primary schools in Southwark, providing vital daily supply cover and classroom support.
This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience, support children’s learning and development, and work alongside dedicated teaching staff in a variety of school settings.
What You'll Be Doing:

Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons

Assisting individual pupils or small groups with learning activities

Helping to manage classroom behaviour and routines

Providing a nurturing and positive learning environment
Who We’re Looking For:

Experience working with children in any capacity (education, childcare, youth work, etc.)

A patient, enthusiastic, and supportive approach
-
Ability to work flexibly and adapt to different school environments
-
A valid DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one through us

Working Hours: School day (generally 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
