The Role:
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Classroom Learning Assistant to join our team. You will work closely with teachers to support pupils’ learning and development, helping to create a positive and productive classroom atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with delivering lessons and activities to individuals or small groups

  • Support pupils with additional needs to engage fully in classroom learning

  • Help maintain classroom order and encourage positive behavior

  • Prepare resources and assist with administrative tasks as needed

  • Provide feedback to teachers about pupil progress and wellbeing

  • Promote inclusivity and a safe, nurturing environment for all students

Who We’re Looking For:

  • A caring and patient individual with a genuine interest in supporting children’s education

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, pupils, and other staff

  • Experience working with children (preferably in a school setting) is desirable but not essential

  • Flexible and adaptable approach to work

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
