Key Responsibilities:
As a Child Behaviour Specialist, your focus will be supporting students in KS1/KS2 who may present challenging behaviour. Your role will involve working closely with the class teacher, providing one-on-one or small group support, and implementing strategies to help students overcome obstacles and reach their full potential.

The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following qualifications and attributes:
- Availability: Your availability to work five days a week, Monday to Friday, from 08:30 AM to 4:00 PM, is essential to meet the needs of our students consistently.
- Passion for Education: An enthusiastic and dedicated approach to helping students succeed, coupled with a desire to make a meaningful difference in their lives.
- Empathy and Patience: A compassionate and patient nature to understand and support the unique needs of each child.
- Team Player: The ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and parents to create a cohesive and supportive learning environment.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
