We’re looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a supportive and inclusive primary school. The role will involve working closely with teachers, supporting small groups, and providing 1:1 help so every child can thrive both academically and socially.
✅ What We’re Looking For
- CACHE Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (essential)
- Previous experience in schools, nurseries, or youth settings
- A caring, proactive approach to supporting learning
- Strong relationship-building skills to encourage pupil confidence
- A team player with great communication and initiative
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting teachers with daily classroom activities
- Providing targeted support to small groups and individuals
- Helping children with additional needs fully access learning
- Encouraging positive behaviour and an inclusive classroom environment
- Contributing to engaging, child-centred learning experiences
