Are you a qualified CACHE Level 3 Teaching Assistant looking for your next role in Horley? We’re working with a welcoming and inclusive primary school seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their team.

You’ll be supporting pupils in small groups and on a one-to-one basis, helping them build confidence, overcome challenges, and achieve their best.

CACHE Level 3 TA - Criteria

  • CACHE Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (essential)
  • Experience in schools, nurseries, or youth settings
  • A proactive, positive approach to supporting children’s learning
  • Ability to build strong relationships and encourage pupil progress
  • A team player with good communication skills and initiative

CACHE Level 3 TA - Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting teachers with daily classroom activities
  • Delivering focused support for small groups and individual pupils
  • Helping children with additional needs access learning
  • Promoting inclusion and positive behaviour
  • Contributing to engaging and inspiring learning environments
