 Level 3 CACHE Teaching Assistant – Early Years (Full-Time) | Ealing Primary School | September 2025 Start

We are a warm, welcoming, and inclusive primary school in Ealing seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 CACHE-qualified Teaching Assistant to join our Early Years team full-time from September 2025.

About the Role:
As a key member of our Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) staff, you will support the class teacher in creating a nurturing, stimulating environment where every child can thrive. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about early childhood education and eager to make a real difference in young learners’ lives.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Holds a Level 3 CACHE qualification (or equivalent in Early Years education)

  • Has experience supporting children in Nursery or Reception

  • Demonstrates excellent communication and teamwork skills

  • Is committed, patient, and full of creative energy

  • Understands the EYFS framework and child development
