We’re looking for confident, compassionate Behaviour Support Teaching Assistants to join our supply team in Bradford. You’ll be supporting primary-aged pupils with a range of needs—including SEMH (social, emotional and mental health), ADHD, and challenging behaviour—across a variety of schools.
Some days will be short-term cover, others longer placements. Whichever it is, you’ll be that steady presence helping pupils feel safe, understood, and ready to learn.
Your role will include:

Providing 1:1 and small group support for pupils with behavioural and emotional needs

Using de-escalation and positive behaviour strategies

Building trust and strong relationships with pupils and staff
-
Supporting learning in and out of the classroom

Helping create calm, structured learning environments
We’re looking for someone who:

Has experience supporting pupils with SEMH, ADHD, or challenging behaviour

Can stay calm under pressure and think on their feet
-
Communicates clearly and confidently
-
Is adaptable and ready to work in different school environments
