⚽ Behaviour Mentor / Sports Learning Support Assistant

Pay: £13.75–£14.50 per hour

We’re working with SEMH schools and alternative provisions who need behaviour mentors that can support regulation, lead movement-based activities, and build trust with pupils.
The job includes:

Supporting pupils with behavioural needs across lessons and unstructured time

Using physical activity and positive relationships to reduce conflict
-
Encouraging emotional regulation through sport, games, and conversation

Being a steady, safe adult for students who’ve had inconsistent support
You might be:

A sports coach, youth worker, or LSA with SEMH experience

Someone who builds rapport quickly and maintains clear boundaries
-
A believer in second (and third) chances

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
