We're on the hunt for Behaviour Support Workers who are ready to make a real difference in the lives of young people. Our setting is no ordinary school—it's a safe haven for students in KS3 and KS4 who, for various reasons, aren’t currently in mainstream education. These brilliant young minds might have faced exclusion, illness, or simply need a different path—and that’s where you come in.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Supporting amazing young people 1:1 or in small groups

Helping students with varios learning difficulties, complex communication needs, and Autisim

Being a calm, confident presence when things get a little challenging
-
Celebrating the small wins that mean everything to the students students

Working with a team that genuinely cares and has your back

You believe every child deserves a second, third, or fourth chance

You’re reliable, nurturing, and have a sense of humour (essential!)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
