Want to work somewhere where your support really sticks?

A fantastic SEMH school in Dudley is looking for a Behaviour Support Specialist to join their team as soon as possible. The school has recently been rated ‘Good’ by Ofsted and is known for creating a safe, structured, and supportive space for students to thrive—often after a disrupted education journey.

This is a hands-on role, working with students who need a calm, consistent adult in their corner. You’ll be helping to guide behaviour, rebuild confidence, and support learning in a meaningful, everyday way.

Here’s what you need to know:

  • Location: Dudley (within easy reach of Wolverhampton, Halesowen, Stourbridge and Sandwell)

  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 3:30pm

  • Start date: ASAP

  • Desirable experience: Team Teach, de-escalation training, or SEND qualifications

We’d love to hear from you if you:

  • Have experience supporting children or young people with SEMH or challenging behaviour

  • Stay calm under pressure and know how to de-escalate with confidence

  • Understand trauma-informed approaches and SEND strategies

  • Want to make a difference where it matters most

What you’ll get:

  • Birthday off every year

  • On-site parking

  • Accredited CPD and in-house training to boost your skills

  • The chance to be part of a school that values your input and invests in your growth
