A school in North Bristol are looking to recruit a Behaviour Support Assistant to support specialist students between the ages of 11-16 years.
This role is dedicated to those who want to inspire students who may have SEMH or additional needs.
The right candidate will need to be confident with de-escalation strategies, robust and know how to build strong rapports to break down barriers to learning.
You must also be empathetic and have a good understanding or background in special educational needs or Social emotional, mental health.
A good energy, resilience and hard work are a must. An outdoors/sports/activity co-ordinator background or creative Arts/Food tech background would also be great, as this role entails a lot of outdoors and creative activies.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
